A Dog's Life At Hummingbird Farms

Go outside every morning and play and play and play and...

..... find a mud hole. Come inside and get bathed and beg, and beg, and.....

.... beg for a treat. And then go outside and play, and play and.....

..... and play, and find a mud hole.

I love your dogs, especially when they're clean :) Are they labradoodles or goldendoodles? We looked into getting a labradoodle when our big lab died, but ended up with two toy poodles instead. Go figure!

O.K. I just read a little further and saw that they're poodles! Wouldn't you think I'd recognize them since I have two of them??? Mine are much smaller and that's my only defense!

I'm seeing 3 poodles. Did you get another sibling???

I had a child that used to have this same kind of routine. Since she has become a mother to a boy, she NOW knows what I went through!!

Hi Everyone! The 3rd poodle is Tilly, our nieces' new puppy. We're just one big poodle family! They are 3 months old now and 30 pounds.... I think they're going to be Giant Poodles instead of Standard Poodles.

Dogs are just like children in the sense that neither can stay clean for long. At least with dogs, they will bathe themselve, not so much with the children that I have been associated with. Most of them head to a bath kicking & screaming. I would however rather get a bath than lick myself clean.

Isn't it so funny how dogs will be dogs? Even when they are fufu and all gussied up and we treat them like they are our precious little babies, they'll still act like a dog. Our little pom, Cookie, used to get all clean and bathed and clipped and then go out in the pasture behind our house and roll in cow poop. Or find something dead in the pasture or yard and roll in it. Disgusting. Dogs will always be dogs.
