Chicken-Fry My Love

I came home from work earlier this week and Jack had dinner waiting! He made chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

Don't worry - he served some green stuff on the side.

He even washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen afterwards. It was heaven. So - it's confirmed. Jack is a far better catch that Mr. Madrid AND Donny Osmond combined!

If I came home to a supper prepared by George, I'd faint and then I'd leave because I would be at the wrong house! LOL

Jack's a keeper!

Hugs!

What a great guy! Especially washing the dishes & cleaning the kitchen too! Ok, tell Jack that he's now made life miserable for your bloggin' buddies husbands, cuz we're all going to be pointing out that not only did Jack surprise you with dinner but he also washed the dishes & cleaned the kitchen! :0} Diane

As wonderful as it is that Jack fixes supper AND cleans up afterwards, the best part about you being married to him instead of any of the other named men, is that you don't have to share him with any other fans!!!

I love bragging about Sir Nottaguy-Imadad, but the best is saying "No, I don't share him!" ;-)

My husband whines when he has to make a PB&J. That's it, I am sending him to Jack for hubby boot camp.

what I need to know is whether that's your plate, Jack's presentation of his chicken-fried masterpiece ... or whether you lifted that photo from somewhere. It just looks way too yummy.

New to your blog! Love it! Love your life! Love Jack! I am new to Texas, in the Dallas area, transplanted with my husband and son from Southern California. Didn't know you could grow lavender in Texas. Your place must smell heavenly! Stop by my blog if you get a chance, and say "hi". I would like to add you to my "inspirations". Living your dream is the best inspiration I can think of. ~Cheryl
