Stories of life, according to me, from Hummingbird Farms in the Texas Hill Country.
Hi thereLOVE your new look!!! My resolution for today - catch up on my blog reading. Gosh, it's amazing how quick and easy it is to get behind! And, believe me, I'm way behind. Anyhoo...I've enjoyed seeing what you've been up to.Happy New Year!Hugs!Kat
Your man and his poodle are very handsome! Love the muddy feet..they don't know their feet are muddy...they just want to know why you aren't opening the door! What fun you have on your lavender farm! Happy New Year! ~Cheryl
My "man" used to have a poodle in his previous life! He loved that dog...said it was the best dog he ever had!Happy 2009 and I can't wait to meet you someday!
Men with poodles ROCK so therefore your man DOUBLE ROCKS!
Just be glad that it wasn't a cow with muddy feet that wanted to come in.
So true, Sir Nottaguy! At our house you never know who might be trying to come in the door...
That's a pretty hunky man with his poodle! I love all the pictures. How's new baby Gran & mom doing? ♥ Diane
Love the pictures!! To the pup with the muddy feet, I would be tempted to remind him that it's not all mud!!Happy New Year!
They make a nice looking couple...And tell Hubby, he looks very "Manly Man" with his poodle.Ms.~K
love your new site. Cute doggy, cute hubby. Our babies are at home and doing well please cont to say a prayer for them.
Good morning! Thanks for visiting!I love your new background - that color is so pretty. I have enjoyed reading your blog, and I love your new baby!. We'd like to get a couple of longhorns for our place when we move out there permanently (did I tell you that already?) Our lab is chocolate, not white, but he wants to come in covered in mud. I'd love to see more pictures of your hill country place. It's beautiful. Have a good one!

Well i can not really walk in high heels very well even at 23! Actually I did fall wearing them for the first time. But what is a woman who falls in her heels and does not get up and try again:) Happy New Year!
Thanks for stopping by again. I love to see pics of your farm and your poodle is adorable. Some of my goals for 2009 are finally up so stop on by when you get a chance. Talk to you soon. :)
WHAT more could a man want???...he's got his dog, his farm and his deere...and his other "dear"...seriously, Could he be any luckier...and it appears he is a very "happy" man as well!!Seeing that sweet little poodles muddy butt...reminds me of my kids...I know that sounds kind of sick and gross...but I always call my daughter...my little "poodle butt"...and she HATES it!! I call my son..."poodle" sometimes...he equally detest that! I have all sorts of annoying names for them...I get a large amount of satisfaction out of torturing them both with whatever comes to mind at the moment. Hey, I figure I'll be old and gray(er) one day...I won't be able to fuss with them as much by then...so I have to get my digs in now...plus, who knows what they will call me by then!!Blessings...Teresa
Hi Deb, I think your hubby looks very macho with the poodle. Every burly guy in a jeep should have a poodle to balance out his ensemble. Thanks you for the birthday wish, sorry I'm a little slow in getting around to everyone. I hope your new year is going well. Mine is finally starting to get on track. Yippee! Hugs, Bridget
I would LOVE to hear about Lauren's son Sam. You have the most interesting stories. Neat!
