Lavender Chick is too busy gloating about her new bull to blog...

Hi! I'm the newest member out at Hummingbird Farms. I'm a Longhorn Bull Calf and I'm one-week old.

Mmmmmm! Milk is good!

This is my cousin Gran. She's big. I'm little. Gran is my best friend.

I love living here at Hummingbird Farms.

Okay - I'm tired now and have to take a nap. Lavender Chick will be blogging soon. Right now she's busy tackling this:

It's her new home office that is finally finished after 4 years!! She has to start putting all this stuff up. She has a lot of junk that needs a home....

Nice office!!!

On your last post I love the pics of your nieces and nephew. I can't help but notice that the baby had his picture taken on the A&M campus, right? I recognized it right away! (if it's not, it sure looks like it!) Cute kids - cute little bullcalf. I want one...

I thought when you posted baby pictures you are supposed to list name, weight, length, etc.(lol) Congrats on the new baby and the office.

It looks like spring came early to Lavender Hill. What a cutie. Are you going to name him?

Warning: don't look at my post today, it might make you sad.

Oh my goodness, he's SO cute! What did you name him? he needs a name!!! I want to come over and play with him. I can picture us running (who am I kidding? I can't run!) through the fields of lavender, playing fetch. Oh wait, that'd be a dog game. Oh well, I still wanna come hang out with him.

Wow, your new office is going to be awesome. Make sure you take lots of pics as it progresses!

He is the most handsome calf! I love his coloring - those burnt orange ears & nose. All I can think of is HOOKEM! If he ever goes missing, don't come looking at my house (I'm just saying....).
