So up there in the center, looking right at you is Clementine, our little baby bull calf. Isn't he a doll? In front of him is his cousin, Little Lange. To his left is his best buddy and cousin.
Here is a better picture of Clementine's cousin. He's a doll, too. The only problem is we don't have a name for him. Please.... if you can think of a name for this No Name bull calf we would love to hear.
We are completely out of names....
Thank you and have a great week!

What about Leonardus??? It's my grandpa's name and he was a very strong wel build man...
Thanks and the calves look great!
Leontien
How about "john doe"? ;)
Clancy
Well who had him? I need to know his parentage to be able to propose a proper name.
Our vote would have to be for Romeo's best friend; Mercutio. In my opinion the best character in Romeo and Juliet. The other one was Starbuck from Moby Dick. Whatever you name him, he's a cute little bugger.
He's white with black spots, I'd go for Cookies n Cream.
How about Mando, your fav spot in Marfa, or Tucker. your old partner in crime??
How about Pokey for the polka dots on him?
I think I like Pokey, too!!
It has been too long since I stopped by. I miss your blogging as you use to make me laugh out loud! So, sending big hugs my friend!
I think Tucker is entirely appropriate.
But I still want to know who is mother is ...
Roscoe
Barney?
we had a sweet baby bull we named ferdinand.
How about Larry?...Larry of Lavender Farm
I was thinking either Theodus, or Trojan... Very strong names I thing
How 'bout Edwardo! You could call him Eddie for short. I just found your blog and it is wonderful. I paint all kinds of animals...especially cows, pigs, and roosters and am always looking for photos for inspiration. Please let me know if you would be willing to share any farm pictures!
Oh, Lavender Chick, come back, come back, wherever you are! I miss reading your particular brand of fun!!!
HI everyone! Just an update... I know I have been MIA for too long. BUT - wanted to let you know that I really loved hearing from everyone and got a kick out of all the suggestions for names for our bull. The name we settled on is.... well - kind of embarrassed to say, but his name is 'No Name'. We called him No Name for so long while we were trying to figure out a name, that it just stuck. We tried calling him some of the others names that were suggested that we liked, but before we realized it, we would revert back to calling him No Name. So it is... No Name, the bull...
Thanks again! One of these days I will get back to blogging. I appreciate everyone for staying with me for so long!
